SAP Crystal Server 2020 (user) is a named user license. It includes 1 named user license of SAP Crystal Server 2020 and 1 license of SAP Crystal Reports 2020. It also comes with support for mobile access on iOS devices. The 1 named user license allows usage by a single, specific individual user only. SAP Crystal Server 2020 deployments require 1 named user as a minimum. Purchased separately from User, CS (concurrent session) is added to a user deployment. SAP Crystal Server 2020 (user) can be added together up to a maximum of 100 user licenses. SAP Crystal Server 2020 CS is sold in increments of 5 and can be scaled up to 50 concurrent sessions.

5-User Concurrent Session Package (CS)
SAP Crystal Reports 2020 (CS) is a 5-user concurrent session license. It means that only 5 users can access the environment at the same time. SAP Crystal Server (user) is a prerequisite for SAP Crystal Server (CS). After that, the customer can purchase blocks of 5 concurrent sessions. Only SAP Crystal Server 2020 (CS) includes Automated Publishing, a feature where the data in a report is unique for each recipient (such as invoices and statements). Automated Publishing can be used for an unlimited number of unique recipients. SAP Crystal Server 2020 deployments require a user license as a minimum. Purchased separately from the user package, CS is added to a user deployment. SAP Crystal Server 2020 (user) can be added together up to a maximum of 100 users. SAP Crystal Server 2020 (CS) is sold in increments of 5 and can be scaled up to 50 concurrent sessions.
